How old does my dog have to be to go to doggy daycare or be boarded?

Puppies must be 16 weeks old and fully vaccinated.

Can I call and ask about my pet?

​What vaccines are required?
We require all dogs to be current on their Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper, plus a negative fecal exam once a year for boarding and daycare. Vaccines must be on their vet's letterhead. Vaccine records can be sent to hello@boomersbeachgeneva.com.
Proof of up-to-date vaccinations not received at least 24 hours before the daycare or boarding reservation will result in a cancellation of the reservation.​​

Do you offer grooming?
We do! Rates vary based on the dog and the service that you're looking for. Our groomer, Lyndsey, will be happy to give you a quote for whatever you need.

If my pet is on medication, do I need to pay extra for you to administer it?
No, there is no additional charge for giving medicine, however we will not be able to administer injections.

​Can you call my vet to send over records?
Yes, if we have your permission, we can call your vet to get your dog's vaccination records. Some vetererinarians, however, require a signed waiver to send out vaccine records.

If I have more than one dog can they stay in the same suite?
Yes, furry family members can stay in the same suite. Multi-dog discounts are applied (discount does not apply for separate crates) if they sleep in the same suite.

​Can I fill out paperwork in advance?
Yes! Our new customer portal allows for online booking and daycare requests, along with filling out our forms and waivers.

Do you offer a webcam option?
No, we don't. However, we do have cameras on site for 24/7 surveillance. We do offer photos through our app so you can see your fur baby while they're enjoying their vacation, and of course you can always call or text to see how they're doing!​

Do you take dogs in heat?
No, we do not take dogs in heat, or within 2 weeks before or after.

Does my dog have to be neutered/spayed?
Yes, we require dogs to be neutered or spayed by 12 months of age. Those who are younger than 12 months that are still in-tact may require day boarding with us instead of daycare with other dogs.​​
